La Residencia Lundborg es una casa con espíritu ancestral: El edificio donde actualmente se encuentra ubicada nuestra residencia solía llamarse "U modre'ho Iva", que significa: ?El león azul?. La historia del edificio data del 1336. Unas cuantas décadas después el Rey Carlos IV mandó construir un nuevo puente para reemplazar al Puente de Judith, que se inundó durante un fuerte temporal en 1342 y quedó completamente destruido. Los restos del Puente de Judith se conservan en la entrada del hotel, en el comedor y en la bodega. Durante las últimas horas de la Guerra de los 30 años, los suecos no pudieron atravesar el Puente de Carlos en 1648, en Praga. El edificio fue restaurado en 1770. Las pinturas que cubren los techos de algunas de las habitaciones probablemente son producto de esta remodelación. Junto al Puente de Carlos, en el corazón histórico y cultural de Praga, en la parte de Mala Strana, se encuentra este edificio de 700 años de antigüedad, convertido en hotel. Hay varios tipos de suites, exquisitamente amueblados, con preciosas habitaciones y lujosos interiores a su disposición. Todos disponen de cocina privada, jacuzzis y ordenador con conexión a internet. Nueve de las suites ofrecen techos de madera en estilo renacentista, y la mayoría de las habitaciones dan al Puente de Carlos.
El hotel ofrece alojamiento en suites exquisitamente decoradas, de varios tamaños, y ofrecen un ambiente histórico con mucho encanto. La más pequeña mide 30 m², todas disponen de cocina y de un baño espacioso con jacuzzi, dormitorio y sala de estar con ordenador con conexión a internet. Todas las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado y la mayoría disponen de preciosas vistas al Puente de Carlos.
