This beautiful Tuscan Hills villa boasts over 3000 sq ft of luxurious air conditioned living space which is tastefully decorated throughout. It is furnished to the highest standard with pool view for soaking up the Florida Sunshine. The Pool and Spa are not overlooked and has a privacy fence in the back. This fantastic villa has an open floor plan excellent for entertaining. The fully fitted kitchen has 2 bar stools and a nook with a table that seats 4, the formal dining seats 6 and it is open to the living room area, family room. The 2 master bedrooms, full size room, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 extra room with sofa sleeper, will accommodate 1 family or 2 families of up to 12 guests. One of the master suites is downstairs and the bathroom has a hot tub tub and separate shower. The game room will be great for the kid’s & adult’s entertainment, it has a pool table, air hockey & foosball table and TV with Wii Console!! There are a total of 5 TV’s in the villa. The upstairs loft area, Master bedroom downstairs, the extra room with sofa sleeper, the main living room area and the games room located in the garage. In and Around Tuscan Hills - Tuscan Hills is the perfect gated location for visiting all the many Orlando area attractions. Disney World is only 15 minutes drive, Universal and Sea World 20 minutes. Golfers will be delighted to know the Orlando area boasts some of the finest golf courses, many of which are located very close to Tuscan Hills where membership is not essential - pay and play, including clubs hire is available. A variety of restaurants are situated minutes from the villa with a more extensive selection available in nearby Kissimmee.
