This property is outstanding and the service is excellent. We had a most memorable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel dei Dragomanni to anybody going to Venice.

This is very picky, but ,insect repellant would have been excellent if it was provided in the hotel room as there were alot of huge mosquitos,(where there are mosquitos they always seem to find me!!) When travelling that is something that you don't necessarily carry with you.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location. The helpfulness of the Conceirge was fantastic as he always had time to share his unlimmited knowledge.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were ready for us right on time and we loved the location of the hotel. We were expecting a full breakfast (our fault), but the continental breakfast provided was filling and tasty. We would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

The bathroom was disappointing - no bath, just an open shower (wet room area) all the towels get wet, as does any clothing you wish to change into. No storage in the bathroom, and quite astounding for this star of hotel, there were no bathrobes.

This hotel was difficult to get to. I had asked in an e-mail which vaporetto stop to use and they never responded. Dragging the luggage over three bridges with steps up and down was a pain. The lady said the Air Conditioning could not legally be run in all of Venice yet. This was not true as we had stayed at another property in Venice the week before and had air conditioning. Then we asked for a room with a bathtub and 4 conversations later we were finally moved. It should not have taken that many calls. Our friends had a bathtub in their room and they paid the same price we did. They chose to make this more difficult than it had to be. They wanted to sell us a more expensive room and we didn't want a more expensive one, just one with a bathtub, like our friends had.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel first. It would be nice if you could have a sign post or something to indicate where it is. Overall, everything was great in the hotel.

When I checked in, the hotel stuff tried to assign me a classical room even I reserved a deluxe one. From that moment, the hotel lost its credibility. After my questioning, I did get a deluxe room (I hope) according what I was told by the hotel stuff. This is not a good experience to me.
