The rooms in the Main wing are decorated in a simple and modern style. All of the rooms in the New wing have been renovated that offer a new and fresh look. The washrooms are quite spacious in size.

The hotel is very large in size that is connected to the Lotte Department store. It is one of the tallest building's in Seoul. There is a large drive way that is constantly busy with taxi's picking up and dropping customers off.

The lobby of the hotel is very large and spacious. There is a modern touch to the lobby that connects both the New and Main wing's. Check-in for both parts of the hotel can be made at the main lobby check-in counter.
